Ebenezer Miezah Kwofie

Dr. Ebenezer Miezah Kwofie is an Assistant Professor of Bioresource Engineering at McGill University and Principal Investigator of the Sustainable Agrifood Systems Engineering Lab (SASEL). His research focuses on sustainable food systems, life cycle assessment, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, and circular bioeconomy. He earned his Ph.D. from McGill University and has received the Distinguished Young Alumni Award (2021) from KNUST. Dr. Kwofie has extensive international project experience across Africa and Latin America, and his work has garnered 978 citations with an h-index of 18.
