Emmanuel Amankrah Kwofie is a research-to-software engineer specializing in converting scientific concepts into high-performance systems. He focuses on decision support systems, AI, blockchain, and AgriNutritional technology. With expertise in TypeScript, Rust, and Python, Emmanuel has developed major platforms for SASEL including EcoDish365 (environmental nutrition decision system), Pea Protein Analysis System (technical process optimization with LCA), and FSFVI (AI-powered food system financing vulnerability index). His engineering approach emphasizes modular architecture, cloud-native applications, and automation solutions for sustainable food systems. He is an Arctic Code Vault Contributor with extensive experience in machine learning, DevOps, and high-performance system design.

Etornam Celestine Tsyawo is a Food Systems Research Engineer pursuing doctoral research at McGill University focused on consumer food systems. She is the founder of FoodPulse, a consumer food education initiative that empowers people to make healthier food choices. Her research explores nutrient optimization in home food processing, digital decision support systems for nutrition, and technologies targeting health-conscious consumers, kitchen equipment companies, and personalized nutrition organizations. With extensive field experience working with rural farmers in Ghana's Western and Volta regions, Etornam bridges technical knowledge with everyday food applications through evidence-based approaches. She is a Resolution Project Fellow (Class 13) and was selected for the MCF Virtual Baobab Summit 2020.
