Emmanuel Amankrah Kwofie is a research-to-software engineer specializing in converting scientific concepts into high-performance systems. He focuses on decision support systems, AI, blockchain, and AgriNutritional technology. With expertise in TypeScript, Rust, and Python, Emmanuel has developed major platforms for SASEL including EcoDish365 (environmental nutrition decision system), Pea Protein Analysis System (technical process optimization with LCA), and FSFVI (AI-powered food system financing vulnerability index). His engineering approach emphasizes modular architecture, cloud-native applications, and automation solutions for sustainable food systems. He is an Arctic Code Vault Contributor with extensive experience in machine learning, DevOps, and high-performance system design.
