We are proud to congratulate Vincent Abe-Inge, PhD Candidate in the Sustainable Agri-Food Systems Engineering Lab, on receiving the Cell Ag Student Activation Fund from New Harvest, an international organization advancing cellular agriculture for more sustainable food systems and nutrition.
About the Project
Vincent's funded project, "Towards a Cellular Future: Demystifying Cellular Agriculture for Future Agri-food Sector Professionals," aims to build awareness and capacity around cellular agriculture on campus. Over the next four months, the initiative will: - Establish an interdisciplinary Cellular Agriculture student club - Organize expert-led campus lectures - Support the integration of cellular agriculture topics into sustainability courses

With research interests spanning sustainable food systems, dietary pathways, food policy, food science, and sustainable nutrition, Vincent's work bridges research, education, and student engagement to help prepare future agri-food professionals for emerging food technologies.
